Burgers are one of my favourite thing to make when I have no idea what to eat for supper. If you have a type of bean, oats or flour and veggies, you are basically ready to make your own burger from scratch! So simple and easy.
Nothing screams autumn quite like a bowl of pasta flavoured with squash. Pumpkin can easily be substituted for the butternut squash as well as the sweet potato. However I love the flavour and texture that sweet potato adds to the dish so remove at your own discretion!
