Full Week Meal Prep

New year, new challenge. This year I want to become more conscious when spending our money, especially when it comes to food. We throw out more food than we should and the bulk is mostly fruits and veggies ( I know…the shame!). We have such a problem with food waste in our society that doing it at an individual level is not helping anyone.

Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato & Sage Pasta

Nothing screams autumn quite like a bowl of pasta flavoured with squash. Pumpkin can easily be substituted for the butternut squash as well as the sweet potato. However I love the flavour and texture that sweet potato adds to the dish so remove at your own discretion!

In this post, I’m sharing  various main meals. Check out these posts for :

Favourite Vegan Beauty Products

vegan_cruelty-free_beauty_product

Why should we be using another beings simply to test if the same effect will happen on a human? If we should to use beauty products and the goal is only aesthetic, why the need to make others suffer? I am aware that on some occasion it might seem like the only option (e.i. benzoyl peroxide for acne or eye drops for dried eyes) however when it comes to beauty products, no animals should have to suffer. Here are my favourite cruelty-free beauty products and brands.
